the fine print
Age verification
Federal law sets the line at 21. We verify it, every order, no exceptions.
At the door
The site asks your age before you browse. That is the law working as a courtesy check, not the real verification.
At checkout
Every order runs through an independent age verification service that matches your name, address, and date of birth against public records. If the instant check cannot confirm you are 21 or older, you will be asked for a photo ID before the order ships. Orders that fail verification are refunded in full.
At the door, again
Where state law requires it, the carrier collects an adult signature from a recipient 21 or older at delivery.
