Age verification
Federal law sets the age at 21. We check it on every order before it ships.
On the site
The site asks you to confirm you are 21 or older before you browse. That is a reminder. The check that counts comes with your order. Our email list also asks for your date of birth and only accepts adults 21 and over.
At checkout
Before you pay, AgeChecker.net matches your name, address and date of birth against public records. If it cannot confirm you are 21 or older, it asks for a photo of your ID. If you cannot be verified, the order does not go through and your card is not charged.
At delivery
Where state law requires it, as in California, the carrier gets a signature from an adult 21 or older when the parcel arrives.
