Do you sell single cigars or boxes?

Not right now. For now the shop sells premade packs only.

How are orders packed and shipped?

By USPS Priority Mail. The cigars go in a sealed bag with a humidity pack, inside a Priority Mail box. You get a tracking number by email once the order ships.

How much is shipping?

It goes by weight and starts at $12. California orders cost $10 more, which covers the adult signature the state requires. Checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.

Will my cigars arrive dry?

Every order ships with a humidity pack. In hot weather, let the box sit unopened at room temperature for a few hours, then give the cigars a week in your humidor before you judge them.

Which states can you ship to?

Most of them. Utah and Hawaii prohibit cigar deliveries to consumers. South Dakota, Delaware, Colorado, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Maryland, Maine, Oregon and Indiana require a state licence or registration we do not hold yet. Massachusettsrequires a copy of the buyer's photo ID, which our checkout does not collect yet. California needs an adult signature at delivery and does not allow PO boxes. How do you check age?

Before you pay, AgeChecker.net matches your name, address and date of birth against public records. If it cannot confirm you are 21 or older, it asks for a photo of your ID. If you cannot be verified, the order does not go through and your card is not charged.

My card was declined. What should I do?

Please do not retry straight away: wait an hour, then try once, with the billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Still stuck? Write to order@mycigarstash.com and we will help you finish the order.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. Now what?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. That covers wrappers cracked in transit, the wrong cigar and a short count. The details are on the returns page.

Can I return a pack I did not enjoy?

No. Taste is not a defect, and we cannot take back cigars once they have been smoked.

How does the 15% first-order code work?

Join our email list and we email you your own code. Enter it in the coupon box at checkout. One code per email address, good for one use on your first order. Takes 15% off the cigars, not shipping or tax. Not valid on orders shipping to New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, Texas or Rhode Island, where state law restricts discounts on tobacco. Can't be combined with other offers.

What do you send to the email list?

An email when new packs go up. You can unsubscribe from any of them. The list asks for your date of birth and only takes adults 21 and over.

Do you price match or run sales?

No. The one discount we offer is the first-order code for the email list.
