Shipping and state restrictions
Cigars are legal to ship, but the rules differ by state. Here is exactly how we handle it.
Carriers
Orders ship from our Florida humidor by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Premium cigars are fully mailable under federal law. We do not use FedEx because FedEx does not accept tobacco shipments.
States we cannot ship cigars to
Utah and Hawaii prohibit direct-to-consumer cigar shipments, so we cannot serve those states. A small number of additional states tax or license remote cigar sellers; where we are not yet registered, checkout will say so before you pay. Accessories without tobacco ship to all 50 states.
Adult signature
Every order is age-verified at purchase. Deliveries to states that require it (including California and Delaware) carry an adult signature requirement for a recipient 21 or older, and cannot go to PO boxes in those states.
Lighters
All lighters ship unfueled, as federal transport rules require. Fill them with quality butane before first use.
